Why Ang Antigo?

The Author

This blog has been drafted since 2011, but due to time constraint I was unable to finish what I started. Of course, not until today. While finishing the layout of this blog, I was thinking of what would be my first blog post. Well, I guess there's no better way to introduce what this blog is all about – author, ideas, influence and history.

I'm a Secondary Education graduate from the lone state college in the province of Masbate– Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa Sr., Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology. I am also a pageant correspondent who is managing the pageant site, The Pageant Queens.

Why I'm pursuing this personal blog? I was inspired by a colleague who happens to be the author of a travel blog Sirang Lente to continue what I have started. He aims to visit the 83 provinces of the Philippines. Check out his blog and learn which provinces he has been to.

Antigo (Tagalog) - adj - Antique; ancient.

However, in our dialect Antigo means 'marunong' (tagalog) or able. Able (adj); having considerable skill, proficiency, or intelligence. Thus, focusing on something I know or I have knowledge about.

Furthermore, this blog will cover anything that would catch my attention or would give me an idea. I might also write articles about ancient things.

Come and join me as I traverse the indefatigable billowing waves of our lives.
